**Yolanda is famous for a fiery onstage energy that almost knocks an audience off its feet. Songs of heartache and passion take you on a rollercoaster journey and have helped make her an award winning songwriter, recently winning 2 L.A Music Awards.
Performing her brand of "chick/rock" at legendary venues such as Arlene's Grocery & CBGB's in New York and The Knitting Factory in L.A, she has also worked as a backing vocalist for Wendy Matthews and Powderfinger. Her band ‘The Stolen boys’ have included guitar legends Peter Northcote and Joseph Calderazzo.
**Yolanda was one of the last 4 Australian girls standing in world wide search for a rockstar in 'ROCKSTAR2;SUPERNOVA', the CBS reality tv show based in L.A. As an Australian finalist she featured on 'ROAD TO ROCKSTAR' on Fox8 hosted by Lowie from 2DAYFM Hot 30, gaining her a national audience.
**She has found some high profile supporters. Of the title track LOCK UP YOUR SONS former AC/DC manager Michael Browning said "Great song that could be a hit song,and youre a good performer!" and Australian music guru Molly Meldrum agreed "Yeah that is a good song, that is a very good song." Elton Johns ex manager and leading international talent scout, J.R quoted "Shes definitely got something."
**In May this year Yolanda was chosen for the 'Eddytors Dozen' in the NEW YORK'S prestigious 'Village Voice'. "'Lock up your Sons' and 'Going Down' are truly rockin and sexy and really crack me up."
** Yolanda was the understudy to Danni Minogue's Rizzo in GREASE the Arena Spectacular, including a solo song, with minimum crowds of 10,000 in Australia and 40,000 in New Zealand.
